"We were headed north from Lake Shasta and needed a RV spot to stay to break up our trip back home. This place hit the spot! We really wanted water and a place for our kids to continue play! Very WELL maintained property and gorgeous green back drop. There is several spots on the river but they were full. We picked a spot by the pond and our kids got to fishing (hours 4-8). We walked down to the river and it was so comfortable and beautiful! We caught a few bass down there as well. Kids caught tadpoles and grasshoppers! The man who checked us in was just a hoot. Offered to cut down a few branches so we didnt scratch our trailer while trying to get in! He accompanied our large boat and let us pull it in an extra spot to store while we stayed. We were very thankful for the laundry room and extra tubes to float in on the river! And even upon check out the owners dad thanked us for saying and was so nice to talk too! We will definitely return if we are in need of a stay around that area. They accept cash or check! Very accommodating and loved the trails and koi pond."

"Came in the park host took us to our spot right on the river. Beautiful views. We did not play golf but there is a small course there that is well kept up. Nice dock at the small pond with catch and release fishing. The river is low but lots of wildlife. There is some road noise and a train but thats just white noise and isn't bothersome. Showers if you need them bring quarters and laundry room. Nice quiet park full hook ups both 50 and 30. We had a great time not a lot of barking animals and we had no problems with pulling our rig in (36 foot toy hauler and f250) fit just fine with room. They do have picnic tables at each spot and we we comfortable. AAA and first responder discount as well. We would highly recommend!!!"
