"Was looking for a place to stay with our RV in the Roseburg area and came across this little gem. The on-site golf course was intriguing, although we never actually played it due to our schedule and the weather. We had a sit backing up to the river. Great views. Generally quiet, with some truck and train noise for the mill a few miles down the road. Not anything excessive. The staff was very engaging with lots of info about the area."

".We stayed at the park for 4 days we loved it great spot backing onto the river. When you drive into the park it is very it welcoming with the pond and water features it makes you feel relaxed from the time you drive in. Steve was very friendly and so helpful and made you feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this park and we plan on staying in the future."

"Nice park. Kind-of close together but not too bad. That train at night and having to pay for a shower is a bummer but otherwise nice. Very well appointed and maintained. Steve is a great guy."
