Welcome to "On The River Golf & R.V. Resort" We have been (excuse the pun) on the river in Myrtle Creek, Oregon (just south of Roseburg) for thirteen years now. Our on site owner/operators, Richard and Steve Sumner, who enjoy family, fishing, golf, & RVing had a vision of combining these, and built their dream park.

    "On The River Golf & R.V. Resort" nestled in a beautiful valley, and is situated on the South Umpqua River. With four thousand feet of river frontage to fish, swim, float, pan for gold, or just sit alongside and enjoy life at its finest; we think and are sure you'll agree that this is one of the most beautiful R.V. Parks in Oregon.

    In addition to river activities, we have 130 acres of hiking trails, horseshoe pits, catch and release fishing in our private pond, and much more that is covered in more detail on other pages of our web site.

    Our on-site golf course, though not the biggest in Oregon is one of the friendliest. The course is six (6) holes the shortest of which is sixty (60) yards and the longest one hundred (100) yards. The course is Par 3 and includes both water and sand hazards on each hole. We encourage you to bring extra golf balls to replace the ones that "Go Swimming" . We have golf club rentals, ball sales, as well as lessons, (by appointment) available for any interested party.

    In addition to the great family activities located within and around "On The River Golf & R.V. Resort", there are many local attractions including: Crater Lake National Park, Oregon Caves National Monument, Wildlife Safari, the Beautiful Oregon Coast, Seven Feathers Casino, Numerous Winery's with tasting rooms, and more detailed on our "Area Attractions Page".
